How do I report a match problem or problem player on Skirmz?
Use the match dispute window, prepare useful evidence for review, and distinguish result disputes from community conduct concerns.
Use the match's review controls for an incorrect result, and contact the community's owner or moderators for conduct concerns. A chat complaint alone does not open a match dispute.
Dispute a result promptly
Check the summary and use its dispute or report-issue action while the dispute window is open. The interface stops accepting that action once the window ends. It also prevents another dispute when a moderator has already made the final ruling.
The match must have a working connection for the action to be sent. If the interface reports that the match connection is unavailable, resolve that connection problem while the window remains open. Do not assume that pressing a disabled control submitted a case.
Keep useful evidence
Save the match identifier, player names, approximate time and a concise description of what happened. For a result disagreement, keep the game's final scoreboard or other relevant evidence. This is preparation for review, not a claim that Skirmz automatically imports screenshots or reads the game server.
Report your own win or loss honestly. Conflicting reports can send a match to moderator review, but deliberately submitting a false result is not a substitute for explaining a conduct problem.
Community conduct
For harassment or another rules concern, identify the community and contact its owner or an available moderator. Explain the behavior and include relevant context rather than posting private account information in public. The controls a moderator can use depend on their permissions and the features released for that community.
While review is pending
Wait for the review outcome and follow the match's displayed state. A moderator can resolve the result; submitting the same complaint repeatedly does not speed that decision up. The match guide explains how the outcome, summary and final rating fit together.
